Leoben Miner's Day 2012

Leobener Bergmannstag (Miners’ Day) took place in Leoben, Austria, from 19 to 21 September 2012. The conference takes place every 25 years and this time was promoted by EUMICON, with the topic: "The supply of modern society with mineral raw materials between the conflicting demands of technology, growth and sustainability”.

The event brought a wide range of stakeholders from Member States, international organisations, industry and covil society.
